I miss giving walking tours. With in-person tours canceled for the foreseeable future, I’ve decided to branch out my tour offerings by co-hosting virtual tours with SF Neon and creating printable, self guided tours to my favorite sign-dense neighborhoods. So without further ado, here is a map I created of the restored ghostsigns,, stained glass signs, and neon signs of Webster Street in Alameda. This is one of my favorite stretches of signs in the Bay and I hope it’ll soon be yours too.
