NEW SIGN ALERT! As shot on Kearny near Columbus, an unremarkable commercial building (built in 1922) was recently torn down, revealing this Carnation Milk sign on the adjacent SRO (built in 1913). The tag line at the bottom of the sign reads:

The can itself, while partially obscured, has 1.5 carnations remaining and faintly, but clearly, still reads:
